week42 just simpel lines

Hello you all and sorry for last weeks lame post...

I know the drawings where ok but I did feel a bit guilty about not writing anything...

It was just that we where on a job charing a house with very nice people, and I guess I felt more like talking to them, then to sit behind my computer ;-?
Anyway maybe I can make it up to you..

MOnday

This week I've decided to try drawing with just a couple of lines...
Trying to just give an impression, in my opinion, very often is much more romantic... 
But at the same time also much more difficult, I think.. 

Tuesday

Just to be able to draw with simple lines is definitely one of the goals I would like to reach with drawing!
although simplicity is not one of my talents, I guess it's one of those things I have to learn in life...:-)

Wednesday

It's always easy to cover up mistakes with frills, so that's what I very often do...
I guess with a lot off things in life

I guess simplicity is an art itself and I should try to make it mine ;-)

To reach that, I have to go a long way, but I guess that's the story of my life..
Sometimes I wonder if I ever get old how I will see myself, because it doesn't matter where I am and what I have I always look forward...
Seeing more goals to reach, and more things I want..
Theres always more to want...

I guess you all know that feeling...

But simplicity has not been one off them ever before, I have noticed the longing for it recently... 
Do you remember how suddenly you liked curtain food that you never liked before?
Suddenly you liked olives or coriander or brussel sprouts or, or, or...

Taste changes and this is how that feels...
My taste has changed, or maybe better: It has evolved...

So now I want to get to know the art off simplicity... I guess with drawing I have a long way to go, but I wonder if I will ever reach it in life :-))
